The boundaries for the Menzies electorate were redrawn in October 2024 and now includes parts or all of the following suburbs:

• Balwyn and Balwyn North
• Blackburn, Blackburn North, and Blackburn South
• Box Hill, Box Hill North, and Box Hill South
• Bulleen
• Doncaster and Doncaster East
• Donvale
• Mont Albert and Mont Albert North
• Surrey Hills
• Templestowe and Templestowe Lower
• Warrandyte and Warrandyte South

As such, it now takes in parts of the following three local councils:

• Boroondara City Council
• Manningham City Council
• Whitehorse City Council
